
Terry & Elizabeth Lewis
Executive Director
Terry and Elizabeth founded what is now called C.E.O. back in October, 1980. He currently serves as the C.E.O. of the ministry under the Board of the ministry which is federally incorporated. Terry holds several earned degrees, including an earned Doctorate degree. He now oversees ministries in 12 different countries but his personal focus in the past few years has been in Cuba. Leadership training in equipping national leaders is a priority. God has also gifted him with opportunities for evangelism and it has been his joy to witness many coming to know the Lord in the past seven years. He has written several books and two of them are translated to Spanish and are being used to train leaders. Terry and Elizabeth have three children and five grandchildren.

Alix & Gertrude Jean-Paul
Haiti & Dominican Republic
Alex was born in Haiti and immigrated to Canada over 40 years ago after marrying his wife Gertrude. They had the joy of raising their 5 daughters in Canada where Alex has taught in our schools for four decades. He has a passion for the youth of Haiti and has been involved in numerous projects throughout Haiti. His recent establishment of the Sam I Am Centre is a beacon of hope for the whole area where even Voo doo priests come to know the Lord. The Centre provides Vacation Bible School in the summer and various Discipleship and Literacy training for the community. The well provides fresh water reducing various diseases and the gardens provide fresh produce. This C.E.O. Centre can also host retreats for various missions and other organizations. Alex is the Regional Director for C.E.O. in Haiti and the Dominican Republic.

Brian & Sandra Meaden
Central America
Brian has served with C.E.O in Cuba, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Honduras, and Guatemala. He and his wife Sandra are now currently Co-Directors of Cuba as well as Directors of Communication and Marketing. Brian and Sandra serve with various gifts in evangelism, leadership, youth work, communications, photography, and translation. As well Brian has been available for evangelism workshops, training, and has written numerous books on the subject. They both currently live in Winnipeg.

Ernesto & Maria Pinto
Central America
Both Ernesto and Marina were born in Honduras and have a heart for Spanish speaking people. They are well known throughout Latin America through their radio and television ministries that they do with Square One World Media. Separate from their work with Square One, they also work with C.E.O. doing church planting, mentoring pastors, training single mothers, and running our Feed the Children program. Ernesto and Marina have a home in Honduras and in Winnipeg and travel back and forth between their various activities. Ernesto is well respected and has received an Honorary Doctorate for his work in Latin America.

Lewis & Naomi Swann
Togo
Naomi is Terry and Elizabeth’s youngest daughter and she married Lewis Swann. They live in Tyler, Texas and together they created a ministry called Sight.org that provides both physical and spiritual sight to the blind in Togo, Africa. C.E.O. partners with them through an Agency Agreement to help empower them in their ministry in this African Country. Naomi is an experienced, trained nurse, which comes into play when she is in Togo with Lewis and his team. After providing cataract surgery in the hinterlands of Togo, using their mobile ambulance as an operating room, they show the ‘Jesus movie’ to the recovering patients. At times, entire Muslim villages have come to know the Lord. Lewis and Naomi are expecting their first child this February.

Grant & Roberta Kurian
Missionaries At Large
Grant and Roberta operate a successful business in Canada and have a heart for the hurting people in this world. They serve as “Missionaries at Large” for C.E.O. and have been active in Cuba, Ukraine, Israel and other countries. Their passion for Christ has compelled them into ministry and are active in encouraging supporting many Christian ministries. God has used this couple in significant ways in touching the lives of thousands of people. These are humble servants of the Lord willing to be used by Him in any way He directs.

Joseph & Florence Bagaza
Canada & Central Africa (Rwanda & Congo)
Joseph Bagaza was born in Congo DRC. He studied in Congo, Rwanda, Kenya, and Canada. He is fluent in six languages. Growing up in a Christian home, Joseph gave his life to Jesus in 1998 and left his home country in 2002 to flee from war. He has served as a Pastor in Winnipeg and has coordinated and participated in Church ministry such as intercession and street evangelism. Currently, Joseph is the Regional Director for CEO Ministries for Congo and Rwanda and is the founder of the World for Jesus Mission Ministry based in Rwanda and Congo. These missions serve local immigrant groups in Canada, as well as host evangelistic campaigns, feeding programs, and refugee assistance in Africa. Joseph and his wife Florence have been married for twenty-four years and have five sons. They all currently live in Winnipeg.
