Here is an example: Gifts like yours help people like Yimmy in Havana, Cuba. Yimmy is a medical worker serving the elderly and is desiring to get training for Prenatal Trauma Care to help babies in life threatening crisis. With the increasing cost of living and the skyrocketing inflation of the cuban peso, Yimmy was earning in one month what it would cost for a small pair of shoes for his youngest son. The family was forced to live in separate homes.
With your help, Yimmy and his family got access to a small, affordable apartment and now live together again. They also have a little extra for food and shoes for his children.
